What does TAG stand for?
TAG means Triangle Automated Giving! We’ve shortened it to TAG to be simple.
Who is a TAG Partner?
TAG Partners are alumni and friends who make automatic, recurring gifts to the Triangle Fund.
What is makes your gift automatic and recurring?
Gifts made in this manner are charged monthly, quarterly or annually to your debit/credit card or via EFT. Some TAG Partners also have the option to give through payroll deductions that are set up via their employer- check with the Human Resources Department to see if this is an option at your company. You may also choose to make your gift through the online pill pay options of your financial institution.Making your gift through the TAG channel helps maximize your impact through simple, secure and ongoing giving!
What are the benefits of being a TAG Partner?
Becoming a TAG Partner saves time by not writing a check or making your gift online- once your gift is set up, it runs automatically at the frequency you select.It also minimizes the solicitations you receive and saves on fundraising costs! By choosing to make your gift monthly or annually, you support the Triangle Fund in a way that maximizes member impact because your gift helps every Triangle program throughout the year! If you want to make your gift quarterly, contact Amy Buchheit at the Foundation office at 317-203-7759 to get enrolled in quarterly gifts.
How do I become a TAG Partner?
The easiest way is to join online by clicking here This online giving portal allows you to set the dollar amount and recurring frequency of your gift. You can also set up your membership over the phone by calling the Triangle Education Foundation office at 317-837-9641 and talk to anyone about becoming a TAG Partner! Some TAG Partners also have the option to give through payroll deductions that are set up via their employer- check with the Human Resources Department to see if this is an option at your company. How are TAG Partners recognized?
TAG Partners are recognized on the Foundation website and on the donor listing in the Review. We recognize your calendar year giving the following January and mail a donation receipt for tax purposes.
What if I want to modify or discontinue my TAG Partnership?
No problem! Contact the Amy Buchheit at the Foundation Office at 317-203-7759 or email her at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can immediately adjust the dollar amount and/or the frequency of your giving (or discontinue your Partnership).
When will my recurring gift be processed?
Your initial gift will occur immediately on the day you submit the online giving form or the date you call the Foundation Office to set up your Partnership.
